🛠️ Position Description & Responsibilities
Position Title: Member – International Expert Advisory Board
Core Responsibilities:
- Advise on curriculum modernization and academic quality assurance
- Support global academic collaborations and international accreditation pathways
- Provide strategic input on research priorities and interdisciplinary programs
- Facilitate knowledge exchange, guest lectures, and capacity-building workshops
- Guide the university on emerging trends in education, innovation, and global rankings
- Promote University of Kamalia within international professional networks
- Participate in bi-annual board meetings (virtually or on-site)
📘 Required Qualifications & Skills
- PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of academic or industry leadership experience
- Prior involvement in advisory councils, higher education governance, or international collaborations
- Demonstrated thought leadership in research, innovation, or global education policy
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
- Cross-cultural collaboration experience is highly desirable
📂 Eligibility Criteria
- International or Pakistan-based experts with global impact credentials
- No affiliation conflict with other governing academic boards in Pakistan
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Open to participating in virtual sessions and limited travel (if required)
