🛠️ Job Description & Responsibilities
Position Title: Engineering Tech Lead Contractor (PAK)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (planning, execution, QA, delivery)
- Design system architecture and guide implementation with the team
- Mentor engineers and provide solutions to technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews and documentation
- Maintain delivery momentum on evolving product features
📘 Educational Qualifications & Skills
- BS or MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years of leadership or technical lead experience
- Experience with microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
