Position Title: Commissioned Officer – Armed Forces Nursing Services (AFNS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality patient care in military hospitals and field medical units
- Administer medications, manage wound care, assist in surgeries
- Support doctors during emergency and routine procedures
- Lead and supervise junior nursing staff and medical technicians
- Maintain medical records and ensure infection control standards
- Participate in disaster relief missions, field camps, and overseas peacekeeping (when applicable)
📘 Educational Qualifications & Skills
- Option 1: BSc Nursing (4-year program) from a PNC-recognized institute
- Option 2: FSC (Pre-Medical) with 50%+ marks + Nursing/ Midwifery Diploma
- Valid PNC registration (Pakistan Nursing Council)
- Must have passed Matric with Science
- Good physical fitness and mental resilience
- Basic IT and English communication skills preferred
- Willingness to work in high-pressure and challenging environments
