Maintenance Manager
– Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
– BSc/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
– Supervise repairs and installations across departments
– 5–8 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance
– Troubleshoot breakdowns of electrical/mechanical systems
– Familiarity with CMMS or ERP maintenance software
– Manage team of technicians and ensure HSE compliance
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, generators, plumbing, machinery
– Monitor utility costs and equipment lifecycle
– Certification in maintenance or safety (preferred)
– Report KPIs to senior management and reduce downtime
